These documents were created in Microsoft Word (DOC format) by the authors, so use the Microsoft Word versions if you can because you will have the documents as the authors intended.

The documents have been converted to web pages (HTML format) to provide access to those who don't have Microsoft Word or another word processor that can convert Microsoft Word documents.

Use CTRL-click to access a context-sensitive menu.
