Birds,
                                     Chirping in the trees

The wind,
                                     Rustling in the leaves

The creek,
                                     Smoothly flowing near

Green snakes,
                                     Hiding in the ferns

Trees,
                                     Towering high above me

             Beautiful leaves spiraling down

Worms,
Below me so deep in the earth

Squirrels,
                                     Scampering up and down trees

Fish,
                                     Examining leaves in the creek

Turkeys,
Picking up worms near the stream

Deer,
                                     Grazing in the pasture

             Such a peaceful place
