Mr. Dotson, I have been on your site on several occasions. It has been both enjoyable and helpful. I love looking at the pictures that are posted on it and when I couldn't find phone numbers to call people about some activities the social committee was planning, I was able to get them from your website. I know how you feel about not feeling appreciated. The social committee puts a LOT of time and effort into planning nice events for the community, but not many people show up for most of them. For instance, we worked hard and planned a nice covered-dish dinner for Thanksgiving and, though I know this is a busy time of year for people, only 26 people attended. Even so, the dinner turned out very nice and all of us enjoyed eating delicious food with our wonderful neighbors. The residents don't know what they are missing so don't give up on your great idea!!! Sharon Herring

Mr.Ray, Doing the web page is kinda like being the club President. Most of the time you work day in and day out for other, Who most of the time they could care less. It maybe a thankless job. For one I'm glad that you took the time to do it. I hope that you keep it, if i need something I know on the page, I come here to find it.. Thank you Ray.

Grayham, Thank you! I did not mean to seem childish about this, but I was beginning to think I was spinning my wheels. I feel privileged to be able to live in this unique village of ours and I am anxious to do whatever small thing I can to help promote the beauty of this community. But... kind words do help. Thanks for yours.

Lack of concern of our residentsPosted by Ray Dotson, Webmaster

From the number of visitors to this site, and from the lack of utilization of these resources, someone needs to convince me that you residents really care about the site... I have put a lot of work into this and receive no rewards other than knowing I am contributing to the welfare of this fabulous place where we live. Therefore, if you care not for what I'm doing, then perhaps I should take the entire site down. What say you?
